1) You must be properly Licensed or obtain a license to do business in the State (s) and/or Cities you offer service & keep it renewed
2) You must have business liability insurance or obtain it and keep it active while a Licensee of the USA Floor Care Trademark
3) You must register your Corp/Sole Proprietorship with the State (s) and /or Cities doing business in as D/B/A USA Floor Care
4) It is not required, but we ask you become a member of the Better Business Bureau in your area.
5) You take an active part in and doing everything in your power to operate the business in a professional, prompt, courteous,
reliable manner in order to maintain the standards achieved by USA Floor Care and maintain steady growth.
6) It is not required, but it is highly recommended that you accept the offer to have your own page included on the
USA Floor Care website. The Internet is a powerful advertising tool. It could account for up to 90% of business.
7) You do not alter the Trademarks in any way without written permission from the Licensor.
8) You must either be already experienced in the area's of service you will offer, get training from an experienced floor care
service, take training classes from certified instructors or get training from USA Floor Care in Miami Florida for a seperate fee.
9) You must offer at least one or more or all of the floor care services offered by USA Floor Care that are listed below.

Marble, Stone, Slate & Travertine cleaning, sealing, polishing, honing, diamond grinding, crystalization
Terrazzo and Concrete cleaning, sealing, polishing, diamond grinding, buffing, crystalization
Vinyl & VCT cleaning, stripping, sealing, polishing, buffing, maintenance
Hardwood Floor cleaning, sanding, sealing, polishing, maintenance
Dry or steam cleaning of carpet and upholstery in the home, business or yacht
You can choose to provide one, two, more or all of the services above in your Floor Care business.
